1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (new releases, limited drops) processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from Germany.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. We have no control over customs processes or delays.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@soulpunx.net. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
