Welcome to SOULPUNX Online Store. By accessing or placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through soulpunx.store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products We sell physical merchandise (clothing, accessories) and physical records (vinyl, CDs). All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), we do not charge VAT. No VAT is therefore shown on our invoices.

4. Orders & Contract By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We accept your order by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping We ship worldwide from Germany. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Opened vinyl records are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are sealed goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@soulpunx.net.

7. Intellectual Property All artwork, logos, band names, and designs associated with SOULPUNX ENTERTAINMENT and our artists are protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
